EZDataTM Revolutionizes Process for Tax Data Customization

®, Inc., now
gives businesses the freedom to completely customize their tax data. This is the
first time such a capability has been available to the general business
community.
EZData gives businesses the flexibility to completely
customize their tax data to meet their operational needs. Companies can use the
software to add or customize taxes, rates, jurisdictions, NPANXX mappings, and
even zip code ranges. It also allows for the addition of wholly unique products
and services specific to that company.
For example, if you needed
to add a ‘Jim Smith’ product tax, you could do that, says Vicki Klein,
President of BillSoft. This software is completely flexible, in a way no other
comparable products are on the market today. It can support even the most
diverse businesses.
The EZData system works through the Internet.
Using a simple web application and BillSoft’s top-security website, businesses
can log on and customize their tax data in any way they choose. In initial
tests, customers enjoyed the convenience and ease of use.
It’s a
piece of cake to use, says Klein. It’s perfect for handling franchise fees and
other complex issues. EZData gives you total control over your tax rates and
types.
EZData also flags issues for businesses on recent tax
changes that could affect their accounting procedures. The tax changes are
identified by BillSoft’s team of tax research analysts, then sent to the
customer for notification. Users can then accept or reject the new tax changes,
based on their needs.
EZData is used in conjunction with BillSoft’s
