EZTax Viewer – Sales & Use puts tax information at your fingertips
EZTax Viewer - Sales & Use allows users to input information regarding a transaction and view the tax results, without processing the transaction through the user’s invoicing system and tax engine.   The EZTax Viewer - Sales & Use is a Windows based application that can be implemented enterprise-wide. 

This solution has been introduced to gain efficiency in a variety of areas: 1) your tax department can benefit from the ability to research tax rate and applications; 2) your customer support staff can use the utility to provide informed answers to customer tax questions; and 3) your sales force can use the utility to provide tax estimates in their quotes. 

As with EZTax and EZTax Viewer, the tax data within the EZTax Viewer - Sales & Use is identical to the data in BillSoft’s EZTax - Sales & Use tax engine so user’s of both applications can be assured of identical results.

Need detailed sales and use tax data?  No problem!
Begin by entering the location search.  You can search by Zip Code, FIPS Code, PCode or by simply selecting the country, state, county and/or city from the dropdown menus.  Once you have chosen your location, select the product or service desired from the dropdown menu and the corresponding tax details will be instantly displayed!

You can “fine-tune” the tax details you need by simply altering any of the variables shown.  The dropdown and check boxes include features, such as calculations for adjustment types, prorated transactions, a transaction date field to view history, and more.  Users can also take advantage of entering an invoice amount and collectively calculating taxes for multiple transaction and service types. As you make changes to these values, the detailed tax information is automatically updated.
